If you struggle to find time for exercise then the Trainer in a bag package is for you. These sessions use a variety of mobile training equipment to give you a workout at the intensity of your choice in the comfort of your own home. Previous female clients have enjoyed this option because they can exercise in private without the pressures of a gym environment. Learn more

As a new mum it is hard to find the time to work out. Here at Fairview Fitness the two packages available can be tailored to suit new mums. Because of the privacy of The Fairview Fitness facility, there is the option of bringing your child and setting up a mobile travel cot or play pen. Facilities @ Fairview
The Fairview Fitness facility offers clients an opportunity to exercise in a relaxed environment with the comforts and expectations of a regular gym but minus the intimidating environment.There is a variety of cardio equipment and resistance exercise opportunities on offer perfect for the nervous exerciser who have always found the concept of a gym a topic of avoidance. The Facility is open from 6am until 9pm (subject to availability) and can take up to three clients per session.
The facility contains:
- A treadmill, spinning Bike, exercise Bike and a rowing machine which can cater for any type of intensity workout
- Free weights, resistance bands, kettle bells and medicine balls to aid in building muscular strength and endurance
- A consultation room for that all important first meet and dietary discussions
Trainer in a bag
Fairview Fitness is proud to offer its ‘Trainer in a Bag’ package for those who don’t have time for exercise, those new mums who need to squeeze a work out in around their little ones and for those clients where mobility is a concern or who need to exercise from a stationary position such as a chair.The Trainer in a bag will bring a variety of exercise equipment from dumb bells, resistance bands, mats, boxing gloves and skipping ropes to your door wherever you are and whenever you want. This package allows you to exercise in the comforts of your own home and can be at an intensity preferable to the client.
The requirements for the Trainer in a Bag package are:
- A consultation to check the health and safety of the space. For mobile clients a requirement of at least 2.5 square meters is required but for less mobile clients this can be discussed and modified during the consultation.
- Must be within a 5 mile radius.
From 6am to 9pm subject to availability.
Hi. I'm Emma.
Personal TrainerMy name is Emma and I have worked as a secondary school teacher for 10 years. My degree is in Cell and Molecular Biology and I started off as a science teacher although in more recent years I have lead in both Dance and Drama.
My decision to start Fairview Fitness came about through researching the decline in general health and fitness of pupils as they leave school. Ex-pupils who are now engrossed in an office job and a heavy social life no longer represent the healthy versions of their younger selves. A further study, revealed that the pressure of life in the fast lane caused a decline in the time for exercise with this reaching a peak post forty where an excessive life style can lead to medical issues such as obesity, diabetes type II, heart disease, stress and lower back pain (to name but a few). It was also evident that The Gym was a dirty word and was found to be an intimidating environment despite the health benefits on offer.
Since general health and fitness has always been a firm interest of mine, I decided a change in career was on the horizon. After studying Personal Training and taking courses from Pre and Post Natal care, Level 3 GP referral and Level 4 Lower Back Pain, I decided that my fitness business would focus on ‘over forties fitness’ GP referrals and New Mums. My aim is to bring bespoke fitness to everyone in a non threatening enjoyable form and offer encouragement and support to my clients. I am a firm believer that exercise can come in many shapes and forms and can be a major tool in combating a number of diseases and to enhance a greater feeling of health and well being. I would like to help you start your journey on the way to becoming fitter and healthier.

Every Personal Trainer should be passionate about exercise and fitness and I am no different. However, I believe that my years as a teacher have given me the experience and adaptability to modify exercises and sessions to tailor different individuals and to have the ability to break down an explanation of a situation or exercise.
You have to be a people person to be a good teacher and the same goes for Personal Training. I take pride in my ability to interact professionally yet passionately with my clients in order that they achieve the best of themselves.
Finally my science degree, combined with my Personal Training qualifications gives me a thorough understanding of the body and how it works. It allows me to relate a client’s medical conditions to the task at hand and give a professional and knowledgeable approach to a client and their exercise session.
Fairview Fitness is based in Flackwell Heath Buckinghamshire and covers a 5 mile radius under the Trainer in a Bag package, although areas further afield can be covered for a small charge. Areas typically covered are Flackwell Heath, High Wycombe, Holmer Green, Marlow, Beaconsfield and Bourne End.
