What my clients say
A recent scare at the doctors told me that I had to make some significant changes in my current lifestyle to reduce my high blood pressure. I had always been fit in my youth but my lower back pain caused from long office hours had prevented me from taking part in regular exercise in more recent years. Emma, at Fairview Fitness, helped me to understand that exercise would actually relieve my back pain. She helped me work at a comfortable pace, challenging me where necessary and I started to feel better, a lot better actually!
I retired early and found myself enjoying my free time far too much. I felt that I had worked hard all my life so now I deserved a rest! However, as my husband and I enjoyed our holidays and meals out our waist lines started to suffer. I felt very upset and frustrated and I really didn't enjoy the idea of the gym to keep fit. Emma at Fairview Fitness visited me at home and showed me how to use my living room space to keep fit. I really enjoyed the exercises she shared with me and she discussed how exercise in short bursts can really lift your mood. I really recommend the feel good factor and how understanding Emma is.
I found myself very quickly getting into the typical lull, very minimal fitness, getting home from work and found little energy or desire to work out and restore my sports physique that I had in my 20s and 30s. Fairview fitness helped me to appreciate it shouldn't be viewed as a chore, Emma came to me! The bespoke programme allowed me to see results very quickly and that lull/pot belly was a thing of the past.
I had recently given birth and really struggled with time and energy and became depressed that I couldn't fit a trip to the gym into my feeding, nappy changing and sleeping schedule. Emma really helped because she came to me and I could easily plan a 30 minute work out into my babies nap time. I really recommend this session time because I felt I achieved so much without taking up too much of my day.
